The very family friendly house with the newly renovated apartments is located in the district Rodund. You have about 120 m to the valley station of the cable car, about 10 minutes walk to the center of Vandans, and about 7 minutes walk in the summer in the outdoor pool. It is also just a few minutes to get on the cycle path and in the footpath along the Illufers. In winter there is an excellent cross-country ski track instead of the bike path with appropriate snow conditions.
